Great place to stay in Dawson. Clean but dated which is okay. Slowww internet. Right in the heart of down town Dawson. Easy walking to all the sights! Great front desk help
Absolutely Loved this place! Very comfortable beds and cozy rooms. The saloon downstairs has amazing burgers and Dwayne Kelly the piano man is a very talented man. We had a lot of fun and and stayed there a couple times during our long road trip.
Very basic, if not drab, accommodations with no breakfast included. Stayed in the annex across the street. There is a hot tub in the building and an ice machine but little else. I had to switch out my failing Mr. Coffee for a more modern brew maker and I never did get the refrigerator I requested. If you have to go this route, try to book a room that faces the street- they have windows which will give you a bit of air. I was literally placing a bucket of ice in front of my fan to produce a modicum of AC.
Location is great. Easy access to all of Dawson. Rooms are nice. Everything is clean and modern. There are a decent amount of channels on the TV. Bathroom was nice and clean. There was no microwave in my room which was unfortunate. There can be potential noise issues as well. Noise from outside easily travels into the room. As well, there were other loud guests that were making noise at 1 am Sunday morning. Overall the majority of the things about the hotel are really nice.
The rooms are pretty good, you will get a good night's rest and find the usual expectations of hotel service. There is also a good rate for adding people in so if you are unsure how many will come the extra fee is not too bad.
